CORIANDER CHUTNEY

This is an excellent dip for all varieties of pakoras.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped coriander with stem
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste.

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind along with water.
  • Add water according to your desired consistency.
