This is an excellent dip for all varieties of pakoras.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped coriander with stem
- 2 green chillies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste.
Method
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind along with water.
